| Heat water to 150-160°F (65-70°C). With
sufficient agitation, add SC1632 to form a uniform dispersion.
Adjust pH w/Citric acid to 6-7. Cool to room temperture,
add remaining ingredients. |

properties with excellent wet comb performance. |
