MAQUAT SOY-QSX is characterized as Soy Triethoxysilylpropyldimonium Chloride in butylene glycol.  Maquat SOY-QSX is a unique “Heat Activated” hair conditioning ingredient for deep, long lasting conditioning with outstanding curl retention. Unlike ordinary conditioning ingredients that are simply attracted to hair through ionic interactions, SOY-QSX reacts with the hair for a conditioning treatment that won’t wash out with the first shampooing. Ideal for salon treatments, SOY-QSX adds long lasting conditioning and curl retention performance that customers feel and see.

Plus with the antimicrobial activity of the Soy-QSX, no preservative may be needed for a preservative free claim.
