Alkaline Stable Low Foam Surfactant |

MASURF NF-10 is a highly efficient, high alkaline stable surfactant
that delivers exceptional low foam detergency. NF-10 represents a
unique detergent system that features high alkaline hydrotrope properties
of an anionic with low foam cloud point performance of a nonionic.
MASURF NF-10 is recommended for all applications where efficient low
foam detergency is critical, including Spray, Soak, In-Line and other
Clean-In-Place systems.
The optimized micellar performance of MASURF NF-10 allows for high
alkaline stability without the loss of detergency found in typical
nonionic/hydrotrope systems. NF-10 is consistently low is color and
odor, and dissolves quickly into water without a gel phase. With typical
use concentrations of 3-5% in alkaline concentrates of 5-10% sodium
hydroxide, MASURF NF-10 offers low surface tension with fast wetting
for use on hard surfaces or textiles.
MASURF NF-10 is non-flammable, non-VOC, low foaming, alkaline stable,
and water soluble.

MASURF NF-10 is used to formulate stable high cloud point alkaline
concentrates that readily dilute to low foam cleaners with high detergency.
NF-10 is a unique product that combines high detergency with controlled
low foaming characteristics as a function of temperature, product
and builder concentration. The following data illustrate the builder
concentration cloud point relationship, and the temperature dependant
foaming characteristics:
