Masurf SP-430/SP-430R is a unique functionalized polymer system designed
to impart a readily removable surface protectant and soil resistant
coating. Utilizing Mason StayClean™ Technology,
Masurf SP-430 treated surfaces resist weathering, corrosion, abrasion
and will not corrode when repeatedly insulted with acids and salt
by creating a hard, highly effective invisible protectant barrier
for metal and painted surfaces. Designed with Masurf SP-430R release
agent, Masurf SP-430 can be applied and re-applied to hard surfaces,
to form a colorless barrier that resists damage and degradation from
corrosion, staining and abrasion.
Masurf SP-430 is a sacrificial polymeric coating, designed to be easily
removed with a 1:64 solution of Masurf SP-430R, that forms a durable,
colorless coating that will withstand extremes of moisture and temperature
while protecting surfaces from corrosive agents and abrasive particulate
matter. Masurf SP-430 treatment is ideally suited for protection of
metal and painted surfaces such as OEM Automotive
and Equipment, Construction and Rental equipment, Automotive Detailing
and Wheel Protection (Brake Dust) Products, and Metal Stock in storage
or transit.
Masurf SP-430 is Non-Flammable, and does not contain or release ozone
depleting chlorofluorocarbons (CFC's), alkylphenol ethoxylates (APE's),
and does not release formaldehyde. Masurf SP-Surface Protectors do
not contain PFOS/PFOA, and do not release or have been shown to degrade
to perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) or perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA).

When used together, metal and painted surfaces resist damage and degradation with the renewable Masurf SP-430/SP-430R system. Masurf SP-430R is a companion proprietary release agent designed to clean and remove Masurf SP-430 coatings from treated surfaces with a pressure wash. Masurf SP-430R is a specially formulated cleaner designed to dissolve and release soiled/abraded Masurf SP-430 coatings using aqueous rinse systems with little environmental impact. |

| Application |
Masurf SP-430 sacrificial protective coatings are designed to withstand and absorb the damaging and degrading effects of environmental weathering, corrosion and abrasion, then be easily removed with a 1:64-1:32 aqueous dilution of Masurf SP-430R, leaving the underlying surfaces relatively untouched.
Apply Masurf SP-430 directly to clean, dry surfaces as is or diluted up to 1:1 with water by spray, paint or wipe. Allow to dry.
When SP-430 surfaces become soiled or abraded, remove with an aqueous
dilution of Masurf SP-430R. Dilute Masurf SP-430R 1:64-1:32 with water,
spray, paint or wipe onto Masurf SP-430 treated surface, allow to
soak a few minutes, then remove with a power or pressure wash. Then
re-apply Masurf SP-430.
